What does “50% off your first box” mean?
Choose the 3-month plan on any box and your first box is half price (£12.49 for Par, £24.98 for Birdie, £37.49 for Eagle, £64.99 for Albatross). From your second box you pay the normal monthly price. The Monthly plan is full price from the first box but has no minimum term.
Is there a minimum term?
Only on the welcome-offer plan: three boxes minimum, then it rolls monthly and you can cancel any time before your next renewal. The Monthly plan has no minimum.
How is my box personalised?
At signup you complete a 30-second style profile — jacket, shirt, waist, shoe, hat and glove sizes, glove hand and putter preference. Our expert golfers hand-pick every box against that profile. You can update it any time from your account.
Is the retail value really guaranteed?
Yes. Every tier guarantees more RRP inside than you pay: over £40 (Par), £75 (Birdie), £115 (Eagle) and £175 (Albatross). The live homepage reports a July average of 1.5× retail value.
How quick is my box shipped?
We try and ship all boxes within 48 hours from order date, with Royal Mail. Once it’s on its way we email you a tracking number.
